Fremantle Sharks

Established in 2019, Fremantle Sharks began as a partnership between Fremantle Netball Association and East Fremantle Football Club, building on the 30 year legacy of the Coastal Netball Region and the Coastal Sharks in the WA Netball League. Fremantle Netball Association now exclusively holds the WANL License for the Sharks.

Western Australia’s premier netball competition, the Gold Industry Group West Australian Netball League (WANL) is an elite training and league structure that provides the best opportunities for players, coaches, umpires and officials to develop and maximise their abilities. Engaging eight Clubs, including Fremantle Sharks, WANL serves as the primary pathway to the West Coast Fever programs for West Australian netballers.
