IF THE WRIST BAND IS GREEN THEY ARE UNDER 18

This is a new campaign we are trialling in 2025 to help protect our under 18 umpires.

A visual reminder to coaches, players, spectators and alike that our young umpires (along with all our umpires) need to be respected and built up so their confidence is not impacted and they continue to develop and officiate our game.

Without umpires there is no game and we need our young umpires to enjoy this experience so they can develop into experienced umpires in the future.
